Our Mission
Friends of Downtown Glenview (FDG) is a collaborative, non-profit group of volunteer residents and businesses with a mission to create a vibrant downtown district in Glenview. Together the group undertakes initiatives that:​

​Boost exposure for existing businesses to build success.
Create a thriving fun downtown for patrons to shop, eat, and be entertained.
Attract people and new businesses to downtown Glenview.
This FDG mission is carried out by working with the Village Staff and Board of Trustees, the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, and other leadership and community groups throughout Glenview.
