Supporting OLPH Streetscape Improvements

FDG represents and supports a diverse Glenview community as reflected in the recent Village Comprehensive Plan.

We plan to reach out to all churches and faiths with a location or connection with Downtown Glenview. Recently we’ve been working with Our Lady of Perpetual Help (through FDG reps and parishioners) because it is a historic and prominent institution on Glenview Road. In particular, we are enthused about possibilities for streetscape improvements (photos here show existing space and potential makeover). We believe this type of open dialogue between ALL Downtown institutions, businesses and organizations is the key to a vital and successful Downtown.
