What sets your business apart?
Sweet Ali’s is a dedicated (and certified) gluten free bakery whose products don’t taste gluten free. We do not use any wheat, barley or rye in any of our products. Instead, we use a specialized blend of flours (rice, tapioca, potato) to recreate all the amazing bakery treats you love – only gluten free! We offer a variety of sweet, savory, and special occasion baked goods. Sweet Ali’s also offers dairy-free, vegan and other allergen-free options.
We opened a bakery in Hinsdale almost 10 years ago. When we decided to expand, we knew we wanted to be on the North Shore. We visited many communities over several months and just fell in love with Glenview.
You might be surprised to know…
We have over 100 different products and we can be found in 150 retail grocers and restaurants throughout the Chicagoland area. We sell over 60,000 cupcakes each year (across both bakeries)
